Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- We are unable to start your project within 7 days of the agreed start date (unless delay is client-caused)
- We fail to deliver any work after receiving advance payment
- We determine the project is not feasible and cannot be completed
- No work has been commenced on your project
Partial Refund
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- You cancel the project mid-way (refund = total payment - work completed - expenses incurred)
- We mutually agree to terminate the project
- Significant delays occur due to our fault (evaluated case-by-case)
No Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Project has been completed and delivered according to agreed specifications
- You decide you no longer need the service after work has been completed
- Change in your business plans or budget constraints
- Delays caused by client-side factors (late feedback, content not provided, etc.)
- Third-party service fees (SSL certificates, payment gateway charges, SMS/email service charges, etc.)
- Services already rendered (completed milestones)
- Custom development work that has been deployed to production
Service-Specific Refund Terms
Quick Websites (12-Hour Delivery)
- Full refund if not delivered within 12 hours (excluding client delays)
- Full refund if website doesn't meet basic promised features
- No refund after website is delivered and accepted
- Revisions included: up to 2 rounds; additional revisions charged separately
Custom Web Development
- Milestone-based refunds: You pay for completed milestones only
- If you're unsatisfied with a milestone, we'll revise it at no extra cost
- Refund available for incomplete milestones minus planning/design work done
Mobile App Development
- Design phase: Full refund if you're unsatisfied before development starts
- Development phase: Partial refund based on completed work
- No refund after app is published to app stores
AI Solutions & Automation
- Consultation phase: Full refund if we determine solution is not feasible
- Development phase: Milestone-based refunds
- No refund after solution is integrated and operational
Support & Maintenance Plans
- Monthly plans: Pro-rated refund for unused days (minimum 15 days notice)
- Annual plans: Refund for unused months minus 20% administrative fee
- No refund if support services have been actively used

How to Request a Refund

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. For cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Before Project Starts
You may cancel your project before work begins for a full refund minus any setup fees or third-party charges already incurred.
After Project Starts
If you cancel after work has begun:
- You will be charged for all work completed up to cancellation date
- Any reusable work products may be provided to you
- Balance will be refunded within 7-14 business days
Cancellation Notice
Please provide written cancellation notice via email to contact@vedatricks.com. Verbal or WhatsApp cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with our services:
- Communication: Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
- Revision: We'll work to address issues and make necessary revisions
- Mediation: If unresolved, we'll attempt to reach a mutual agreement
- Refund Evaluation: If all else fails, we'll evaluate refund eligibility
Chargebacks
We work hard to resolve all disputes amicably. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:
- All services will be immediately suspended
- Legal action may be taken to recover costs and damages
- You may be banned from using our services in the future

Exceptions
