We're Hiring!

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales professional to join our Chiplun branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our technology solutions, building client relationships, and contributing to our growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region
  • Present and demonstrate our technology solutions to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
  • Coordinate with technical team for project execution
  • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT/software sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of technology products and services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of local market (Chiplun/Ratnagiri region) is a plus
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
