Questions buyers actually ask

What does Biztricks cost?

Starter is ₹599 a month or ₹5,999 a year: two users, 2 GB, fifty quotes a month, Quotations and Billing. Professional is ₹1,499 a month or ₹14,988 a year: five users, 10 GB, unlimited quotes and all three modules including CRM. Prices exclude GST. A three-day trial covers the full bundle, plus three grace days.

What is dimensional quoting?

You quote in the unit you measured in. Enter 6 × 2 × 7 ft and Biztricks prices by area, volume, running foot or unit, applying slab tiers and formulas from your rate card, grouped by room or phase. Revisions are lettered — Q-2627-0007A to B — and can be compared side by side.

Are the “Smart Insights” cards AI?

No. Smart Insights is a rule-based engine, and we do not market it as AI. A read-only quote and lead copilot over pipeline and receivables, plus an HSN suggester, is in build; the plan is to run it on Sarvam AI, an India-based provider; the processing regions are stated in our Privacy Policy. Until it ships, Biztricks has no LLM feature.

Does Biztricks handle e-invoicing, e-way bills, GSTR filing or Tally?

No. It produces GST invoices — CGST and SGST or IGST decided by place of supply, HSN and SAC validated, amount in words, part payments — and reports such as the GST register, collections and receivables ageing. It does not file returns, generate IRNs or e-way bills, or sync with Tally.

Is there a mobile app, and can I export my data?

Biztricks is a progressive web app with web push; there is no native app on the store and no offline outbox. You can export the full tenant as JSON at any time, and export stays available even if a subscription lapses and the workspace turns read-only.
