A company built the way we build software.
Vedatricks Technologies Private Limited was incorporated in Bengaluru in 2025 to answer one question: why does a clinic, a contractor or a property owner in India have to choose between software that does not fit and software they cannot afford? Everything we have built since is an answer to some version of it.
What we are
A product company, and an engineering company, on purpose.
The products fund the depth. The client work keeps us honest about how businesses actually operate. Neither half would be as good alone — the quotation engine in Biztricks exists because a client needed to price by the square foot, and the tenancy model under it now carries four platforms.

The company starts running on its own stack
The ERP that runs Vedatricks — payroll, attendance, projects, client accounts, renewals — is one we built, on the same multi-tenant architecture we sell. We are our own hardest customer. Vedatricks Analytics, VMail and Integration Hub run for clients on the same foundation.

Claims match the code
We publish only what is shipped. A feature that is in build is labelled “in build” — on this website, in the product and in the sales conversation.

Customer data is not a shortcut
Tenant-scoped by default, fail-closed. Encryption, consent records and audit logs are part of the feature, not a later ticket.

We run on our own software
Our ERP, CRM, mail, monitoring and analytics are built in-house. You will use what the company builds, every day, and file the first bug.
Compliance and security
How your data is held.
We only claim what has a login behind it — every control below is in shipped code or in a published policy. Where our limits are is written out in full on the security page.

Data stays scoped to the customer
Every product is multi-tenant with fail-closed organisation scoping, role-based access and per-branch or per-property limits, covered by automated tests in CI.

Health records are encrypted
Clinitricks encrypts patient identifiers and clinical records with AES-256 and a blind index for search, keeps an append-only, hash-chained audit log, and stores four types of versioned consent.

Access is controlled and rate-limited
Every product has CSRF protection, login and API rate limits, session timeouts and security headers on every response. Clinitricks, which handles health data, adds TOTP two-factor authentication and device limits.

Nothing migrates without a backup
Every production migration is preceded by a database dump. CI runs a secret scan on each change.

Forms and the assistant are challenged
Cloudflare Turnstile protects lead, application and chat entry points, with honeypots and server-side rate limiting behind them.

DPDP is engineered, not appended
Itemised consent notices, unticked consent, consent records, published data-request routes and a named Grievance Officer, with access logs retained for a year.
