For housing societies

The dues and the complaints stop living in a WhatsApp group.

SocietyHub is software for housing societies, AOAs and RWAs: maintenance dues, complaints, notices and committee records in one place that survives the yearly handover. It is in pilot with a small number of committees. There is no published price and no sign-up form yet; joining starts with a conversation with us.

A committee changes every year and takes the institutional memory with it. SocietyHub keeps maintenance dues, complaints and notices in one place that survives the handover, so the next treasurer starts from the record rather than from scratch.

Pilot SocietyHub is in pilot. There is no published price and no product page yet — we are working with a small number of committees while it settles.

What it handles

Everything a society chases, in one place.

Housing-society / RWA management, multi-tenant, with hourly automations.

  • Maintenance dues

Who owes what and since when, in one register rather than a spreadsheet passed between treasurers.

  • Complaints

A lift, a leak, a light. Logged, tracked and closed, rather than a message that scrolled away.

  • Notices

Meeting notices and circulars in one place, so a resident who missed the board can still read what was said.

  • Routine chasing, on a schedule

Recurring work runs on the hour rather than when a committee member remembers it.

The pilot

Shape it before it hardens.

A society that joins now decides what the next release does. You get the people who wrote it, and we get the one thing we cannot buy: a committee telling us where it is wrong.

Built on the same engine as the rest

SocietyHub sits on the multi-tenant core under Clinitricks, Biztricks and HamaraPG: your society’s records are scoped to your society in the query itself, and every production change is tested, scanned and backed up before it ships.

FAQ

Questions society committees ask

Can my society sign up for SocietyHub today?

Not from a form. SocietyHub is in pilot with a small number of committees, so joining starts with a conversation: how your society collects dues and handles complaints today, then an honest answer about whether the pilot is ready for you. There is no product page and no self-service sign-up yet.

What does SocietyHub cost?

There is no published price. SocietyHub is chipped Pilot on every page of this site for that reason, and we do not quote a figure for something whose pricing has not been set. When a price exists it will be published in rupees, ex-GST, on its own page, and the chip will change.

Does it send reminders on WhatsApp or SMS?

No Vedatricks product automates WhatsApp Business API messages or sends SMS, and SocietyHub is no exception. Dues, complaints and notices live in the record; telling a resident about them is a message a committee member sends. Routine recurring work inside the system runs on an hourly schedule.

Is it built on the same platform as Clinitricks and HamaraPG?

Yes. SocietyHub is multi-tenant like the rest: your society’s records are scoped to your society in the query itself, with automated tests that attempt a cross-society read and have to fail. Every production change is tested, secret-scanned and backed up before it ships. There is no native mobile app.
