What does HamaraPG cost?

Free to start, with every feature on. You pay only when you add beds beyond the free limit: Pro is ₹15 per bed per month billed yearly, or ₹20 billed monthly, excluding GST. Only adding beds past the free limit is gated — day-to-day operations are never locked, whatever your plan status.

What can the AI copilot actually answer?

Dues summaries, defaulters, occupancy, monthly profit and loss, open complaints, expiring compliance, tenant lookups and upcoming vacancies — in Hindi, Hinglish or English. It is read-only: the model picks one of eight hand-written, organisation-scoped queries and never writes SQL or data. Every turn is audited and token-capped.

Does it collect rent automatically?

It raises the invoices and gives the tenant a way to pay. Monthly, pro-rata and upfront invoices are generated on a schedule with the GST entry 12AA evaluation applied, a Razorpay payment link is issued, and a replay-protected webhook marks the invoice paid. Payments allocate FIFO, with late fees and meter-based splits.

Does HamaraPG send reminders on WhatsApp or SMS?

Not automatically. The dues ladder — three days before, on the due date, then three, seven and fifteen days after — is built, but only a log channel is implemented today, so reminders go out through manual WhatsApp share links. There is no SMS sender, no push sender and no email notification.

Do tenants need to install anything?

No. Tenants sign the agreement with an OTP on a no-login page and receive a PDF; the police-verification form is generated pre-filled for you to print. Enquiries from the public listing pages become leads. HamaraPG is a progressive web app for owners and staff — there is no native app.
