Platform

Everything we sell runs on one engine. So would yours.

Clinitricks, Biztricks, HamaraPG and SocietyHub look like four separate products to the businesses that use them. Underneath they share one multi-tenant core, one deployment pipeline and one rule about whose data is whose.

The engine

Built once, and under everything since.

The quotation engine in Biztricks exists because a client needed to price by the square foot, and the tenancy model underneath it now carries four platforms. Solve it properly once, then reuse it.

  • Your data is not in the same room as anyone else’s

Every record is scoped to your organisation in the query itself, rather than by a filter someone might forget. A query that arrives without a tenant context returns nothing at all.

In Clinitricks, patient identifiers and clinical records are encrypted at rest with a searchable blind index, and every access is written to an append-only, hash-chained audit log.

  • It works on a bad connection

Clinitricks, Biztricks and HamaraPG install to the home screen from the browser — no app store, no review queue, no 60 MB download on a shared phone.

Clinitricks queues form submissions offline and syncs them when the line comes back, because a clinic in Chiplun does not stop seeing patients when the internet does.

  • The invoice is correct before anyone checks it

Tax Invoice or Bill of Supply, CGST and SGST or IGST by place of supply, HSN and SAC validated as the line is typed. The rules decide, not the person at the counter.

Razorpay handles subscriptions and customer payments across the platforms, with replay-protected webhooks marking a bill paid.

  • An assistant that cannot go anywhere it should not

Where an assistant is live, it chooses from queries we wrote by hand. It never writes SQL, it never writes data, and it can only read what the person asking is already allowed to see.

In HamaraPG the owner copilot picks one of eight read-only, organisation-scoped queries; every turn is audited and capped, per organisation and per minute.

How it’s built

The boring parts, done properly.

The parts nobody demos are the parts that decide whether your business can depend on the software in year three.

  • Nothing ships untested

Every change runs the test suite and a secret scan before it can move, and production releases are manual and approval-gated. As at 5 September 2026 that is 813 automated tests on Biztricks — including one that tries to read another organisation’s data and has to fail — and 125 on HamaraPG.

  • We take the backup before we touch the database

Every production migration on every product is preceded by a full database dump. HamaraPG keeps ten.

  • A change is reviewed by someone who did not write it

Work moves through Azure DevOps pipelines: lint, tests, secret scan, then a human approval before anything reaches a customer.

  • We watch it after it ships

Uptime monitoring runs across our own properties, with alerts to the operations inbox. We usually know before you tell us.

Test counts are what our own pipelines report on the date shown. They are a measure of our practice, not a certificate issued by anyone — where our limits are.

What we run ourselves

We are our own hardest customer.

The company is run on software written here. When something is awkward on a Monday morning, it is awkward for us first.

  • VedaERP

Payroll, attendance, projects, client accounts and renewals for Vedatricks run on an ERP we wrote, on the same multi-tenant architecture we sell.

  • VMail

Company email is on our own webmail platform, on our own domain — the same one we set up for clients.

  • Vedatricks Analytics

This site is measured with our own first-party analytics. No third-party tag, and no cookie banner needed to read the traffic.

  • VedaMonitor

Our uptime checks are ours too: internal and external probes with signed calls and email alerts.

Engineering at Vedatricks

You will ship in your first fortnight.

We build and run our own products, so nothing here is thrown over a wall. If you want to see the thing you shipped being used on a Monday morning, tell us what you do.

Tell us what has to be built.

A call with someone who will work on it, then a written scope.
