No cookies
The tracker sets no cookie. It keeps a random visitor id in the browser’s own storage and sends pageviews, clicks, form starts and scroll depth — counts, sources and pages, without a cookie wall.
Hosted by us, not an ad network
The script and the collection endpoint run on analytics.vedatricks.com, a Vedatricks server. Nothing is loaded from an advertising or tracking network, and nothing is sent to one.

Privacy stance
Built for the DPDP era, not retrofitted to it.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules make behavioural tracking of identifiable people a consent question. Our answer is to collect little, and to say exactly what.
- What is recorded. A random visitor id, the page, the referrer, the device and browser, the IP address and the city it resolves to. No name, email or phone number is ever collected.
- No cookie. The visitor id sits in the browser’s own storage, and the session id is gone when the tab closes.
- A visitor can say no. The tracker reads a stored consent choice and sends nothing when analytics is declined. Where a site asks, it asks with an unticked box, as the Rules require.
- City, not street. Location comes from an IP lookup at ip-api.com; the IP address itself stays in our database and goes nowhere else.
- A data map you can hand your lawyer. What is collected, why, for how long, and who processes it.
- No ad-network resale. Your visitors’ data is not pooled, sold or used to train anything.
